Abstract
The article focuses on the development of integrated adaptive
management systems in the mining industry, where a combination
of technical, human, and organizational factors contributes
to the sustainability of enterprises. The article emphasizes the
relationship between enterprise adaptability and the principles
of quality management systems, such as the process approach,
continuous improvement, and risk management. It also explores the
key mechanisms of adaptation, including enhanced communication
and human factor management, and their role in ensuring the
stability of production processes and safety. In the context of quality
management, the article examines indicators of adaptation failure
(increased procedural violations, conflicting goals, and weakened
feedback loops) and strategies for preventing them. It is substantiated
that the integration of QMS tools into adaptive systems allows to
maintain a balance between efficiency and sustainability, minimizing
the risks of accidents
