Предлагается обзор законодательных требований к маркировке пищевой продукции в государствах различных географических регионов – Великобритании, Канаде и Китае. Проведено исследование по определению установленных зарубежных требований, отличающихся от требований к маркировке в России. Государственные механизмы регулирования требований к маркировке пищевой продукции обеспечивают специфику установления норм в исследуемых государствах. Проведено сравнение подходов к маркировке пищевой продукции в зависимости от особенностей приоритетных направлений государственных политик в части обеспечения безопасности пищевой продукции и информирования потребителей в государствах. Представлены и систематизированы данные об особенностях регулирования, определены основные отличительные признаки и ключевые характеристики зарубежных требований к маркировке, отличные от требований технических регламентов Евразийского экономического союза.

This paper provides an overview of legislative requirements for food product labeling in different geographical regions including the United Kingdom, Canada, and China. A study was conducted to identify established foreign regulations that differ from Russian labeling standards. The state regulatory mechanisms governing food product labeling ensure speci c norms within each country under investigation. Comparisons are made between approaches to food product labeling based on distinct priorities in national policies concerning food safety assurance and consumer information provision across these countries. Data regarding regulatory peculiarities have been presented and systematized, highlighting major distinctive features and key characteristics of foreign labeling requirements which diverge from those set by the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
