В условиях лавинообразного нарастания темпов научно-технического прогресса и высокой турбулентности внешней среды роль и значение стадии испытаний и сертификации в рамках жизненного цикла изделия авиационной техники существенно возрастают. В статье приведены примеры определяющей роли полигонных испытаний в общей системе испытаний изделий авиационной техники, обоснована необходимость при их проведении широкого внедрения цифровых технологий, в том числе и в документы по стандартизации. Рассмотрены сущность, содержательная классификация и состав информационной среды SMART-стандартов, а также их базовые функции. В заключении обоснована роль SMART-стандартов как эффективного инструмента повышения экономической эффективности полигонных испытаний авиационной техники.
Under the conditions of avalanche-like growth of scientific and technological progress and high turbulence of the external environment, the role and importance of the testing and certification stage within the life cycle of aviation equipment products has been significantly increasing. The article provides examples of the determining role of site tests in the general system of testing of aviation equipment products as well aa substantiates the necessity of wide introduction of digital technologies while carrying out tests and in standardization documentation. The article considers the essence, meaningful classification and composition of the information environment of SMART-standards, as well as their basic functions are considered. In conclusion, the article substantiates the role of SMART-standards as an effective tool to improve the economic efficiency of site testing of aviation equipment.
