      <abstract>
        <p>Разработка автоматизированных систем оптимизации реляционных баз данных становится ключевым направлением для повышения их производительности и снижения эксплуатационных затрат. В работе предлагается концепция экспертной системы, формирующей рекомендации на основе анализа метаданных и конфигурационных параметров. Проведен обзор существующих подходов, включая ручные методы, ML/AI и гибридные модели. Представлена архитектура системы, а также модель оценки ее эффективности с учетом технических и организационных факторов. Предложена классификация типов рекомендаций, охватывающая различные аспекты сопровождения СУБД. Рассматриваемый подход обеспечивает баланс между автоматизацией и экспертным контролем, позволяя повысить устойчивость и управляемость информационной инфраструктуры.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The development of automated systems for optimizing relational databases is becoming a key direction for improving performance and reducing operational costs. This work proposes a concept of an expert system that generates recommendations based on the analysis of metadata and configuration parameters. A review of existing approaches is presented, including manual methods, ML/AI, and hybrid models. The system architecture and an evaluation model considering both technical and organizational factors are described. A classification of recommendation types is proposed, covering various aspects of database management system (DBMS) maintenance. The proposed approach ensures a balance between automation and expert control, enhancing the resilience and manageability of the information infrastructure.</p>
