      <abstract>
        <p>Статья посвящена проблеме обеспечения качества цифровых информационных моделей в процессе автоматизированного проектирования жилых многоквартирных зданий. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью стандартизации и технического регулирования процесса автоматизированного проектирования с целью повышения качества цифровых моделей объектов строительства. Подчеркивается важность автоматизированной валидации для выявления ошибок, а также для обеспечения соответствия нормативным требованиям. Основным результатом исследования является разработанная методика валидации моделей как части стандартизированного подхода к созданию программных средств для комплексной автоматизации проектирования на основе открытых форматов данных. Приведены практические рекомендации по внедрению механизма валидации в автоматизированный процесс с использованием некоммерческого программного обеспечения. Апробация подхода демонстрирует незначительное уменьшение производительности при интеграции в существующие программные средства комплексной автоматизации проектирования зданий. Работа имеет значимость для специалистов в области цифровизации строительного проектирования, автоматизации и стандартизации, предлагая решение для повышения качества цифровых информационных моделей и их соответствия требованиям государственной экспертизы.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The article discusses the methods of embedded quality assurance of digital information models and their application in the automated design process. It is based on a standardized approach to the development of integrated automation software for the design of residential apartment buildings. Methodological recommendations for the implementation of methods in an automated process using non-commercial software solutions have been developed. The implementation of the approach has shown the applicability of this approach in practice and the possibility of its further development and expansion. Software tools integrated according to the described recommendations have insignificant influence on the performance of the target software.</p>
