В статье рассматривается проблема объективной оценки уровня развития системы менеджмента качества в организации, выходящая за рамки традиционного сертификационного аудита. В качестве ключевого элемента для глубокой диагностики предлагается рассматривать построение и анализ эффективных обратных связей, которые являются основой для саморегулирования и устойчивого развития системы. Основное внимание в работе уделяется методологии, связывающей реализацию каждого из принципов менеджмента качества с конкретными, измеряемыми параметрами информационных потоков.
The article discusses the problem of an objective assessment of the level of development of the quality management system in an organization, which goes beyond the traditional certification audit. As a key element for in-depth diagnostics, it proposes to consider the construction and analysis of effective feedback loops, which are the basis for self-regulation and sustainable development of the system. The main focus of the article is on the methodology that links the implementation of each of the quality management principles to specific, measurable parameters of information flows.
